I am Tepin and I want to be your wedding photographer. I have a Bachelor's Degree and a background in video and film still's photography that I took while I was in College. I have digital equipment from Nikon to offer in addition to film photography.
I use Nikon equipment due to the quality and outstanding optical quality of their lenses. Nikon has a very high standard of quality in all of the cameras that they make. I love the ten- (10) mega pixel cameras that Nikon has come out with. It is very high quality and I feel that the digital realm of photography has excelled the film spectrum in many ways.
Film photography has its positive points, but overall I feel that digital exceeds film in many ways. I can certainly digitally enhance or rather edit the pictures in Photoshop and perform a wealth of functions. Photoshop is a very versatile tool that is available. I can make color pictures into black and white or sephia and adjust for lighting.
Yes, Of course the CD of the pictures is digitally enhanced. I would also ask you for your input on the black and whites and sephia that you want. Children's pictures can be sharp, but I may need to soften the grandparent’s pictures to make them look their best. If the lighting is good and the subjects are attractive - then sometimes they need little work. I spend a lot of time after the wedding making the pictures look as close as I can to "magazine cover" quality.
It helps when the subjects are attractive to begin with. 120 pictures with 5 minutes of editing is one hour of work for me long after the wedding is done. Multiply this times 1,000 pictures, which is a likely number that I shall take on that day for about 6 hours or so. You get the picture...

Children's portraits are my specialty
Children’s pictures can be sharp as they have fewer problems, like wrinkles, to content with. I will assist you in placement as well as lighting and angles to help you look your best for that special day.
If your sister or your maid of honor or a special friend is six months pregnant, then I can have them turn a certain angle and pose someone near the front of them, to mask an unflattering situation.
If you had a blemish on one side of your face, then we can position you to hide it and to make you look your very best.
Male photographers are very good with sharp images as they pertain to products and commercial photography. But do they really know what a woman wants in her pictures of her special day?
You want the pictures and images to show details of products that one may consider purchasing. But wedding pictures are a whole different situation.
Wedding pictures are Tepin's specialty. She was also a primary (elementary) schoolteacher in the early part of her career in Thailand and she has a minor in English with her Bachelor's degree. So children's pictures and children photography and their images are very special to her. This quality has served her well for shooting of Bar and Bat Mitzvah's. She just lets the children play and as she takes the pictures, no one remembers that she is even there.
